Martin and Ashleigh Duffy are the founders and facilitators behind Warriors Breathwork, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. What began with Martin's own passion for breathwork, personal development and helping people create meaningful change has grown into something they now deliver together — supporting adults, children, schools, community organisations and workplaces.
Our Journey to Breath
Martin was the first certified 9D Breathwork facilitator in Northern Ireland. Ashleigh later completed her own training, becoming the first certified female 9D Breathwork facilitator in Northern Ireland. Together they created Warriors Breathwork with a simple purpose: to make powerful wellbeing tools accessible to real people in a way that feels safe, welcoming and down to earth.
