More Than a Score – Getting Ready for the SEAG Test
Helping P7 children feel calm, confident and ready for their SEAG test!
Preparing for the SEAG test can bring excitement, nerves, pressure and sometimes self-doubt. At More Than a Score, we want children to understand that their confidence, wellbeing and happiness matter just as much as any test result.
This fun, colourful and interactive workshop has been designed to help P7 children manage exam nerves, build self-belief and feel more prepared for the weeks ahead.
What will children experience?
- 9D Breathwork – A calming, immersive experience designed to help children relax and reset.
