Men don’t always need another conversation about mental health.
Sometimes they need a space where they can simply come in, switch off, breathe and let some of the pressure go.
Warriors Breathwork is bringing men together for a special Men’s Mental Health Night at The Balmoral Hotel, kindly sponsored and hosted by the hotel.
Across the night, we will deliver two 9D Breathwork sessions, giving men the opportunity to step away from everyday pressures and experience something completely different.
